With over 40 years of experience in china painting, Nancy Fisher is a renowned artist whose works have been bought by collectors throughout the world. From her home in Florida, she travels the country to teach others how to develop their talent. She was the featured artist at the California Association of Porcelain Art convention in 2011 and is a presenter at the Oregon Procealin Art Retreat this year. As a porcelain artist, Nancy specializes in floral studies with roses and peonies. At our school, she will teach you how to paint peonies on the lamp of your choice and will be demonstrating how to add brilliant color to your lamp with an airbrush. After taking this class, you will leave with your own treasured masterpiece that will adorn your home for years to come. Lamp must be purchased from A Painters Collection. Marty Hill
I began painting on porcelain in 1995, after seeing a portrait painted by friend and teacher, Peggy Adams. I knew immediately that portraits were what I wanted to paint, and I began taking lessons. I was hairdressing at the time, and could only paint one day per week. In 1998, I made the decision to retire from that career, and focus full time on painting.
I have been fortunate to study with San Do numerous times as well as take additional portrait classes from Jane Marcks, Ona Lee Crocker, and Joan Schulte. I began teaching in 2000. I teach seminars and at porcelain schools around the United States. I have been associated with the WOCP Art Institute since 2000. I am currently the Teacher Director for WOCP overseeing the Art Institute in Oklahoma City for 2010 and 2012. I also am an active member of IPAT and PPAA. |

Paula Collins
Paula grew up drawing and painting from an early age, continuing on through school, studying all of the various art mediums. But it was when she began china painting in 1973 with Betty Poellet, a well respected teacher in Michigan, that she knew she enjoyed this medium the best.
When Betty retired to Florida several years later, Paula began teaching other students while raising a family. Her interest in painting as a hobby ended up becoming her career. This business career now consists of having written and published 7 books, 9 videos, Paula's own line of brushes and paints, plus numerous studies. She is a member of the International Porcelain Artists & Teachers, the World Organization of China Painters, the Professional Porcelain Artists Association, and the Porcelain Painters International Online, as well as a faculty member of many US porcelain painting schools. |

Thelma Ingram
Thelma is a retired CPA with a degree in Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma. She began painting on porcelain in 1995 entirely as a hobby. In April 2010, she retired from The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and began a new career as a porcelain artist. She now travels and teaches seminars about 20 weeks a year. The rest of the year she spends in her studio on Lake Eufaula in Southeast Oklahoma with her husband Jerry.
Thelma has studied several years with Fillipe Periera from Portugal and Peter Faust from Switzerland who have both had a heavy influence on her style of painting. She loves to add modern designs to her realistic style painting. |

Mary Gosden
Porcelain is my canvas. My mission is to create art on porcelain that is unexpected and innovative. Using many materials and techniques, I strive to push the art of porcelain painting further in terms of subject matter, design and execution.
I have been painting professionally since 1979, and teaching porcelain painters since 1999. One class is held weekly at my studio. I travel to teach 3 and 4 day seminars to porcelain painters worldwide. |
